床身采用高強(qiáng)度牌號(hào)HT300整體45度鑄造，并進(jìn)行二次燜火熱處理工藝，具有高精度、高穩(wěn)定性等特點(diǎn)?？筛鶕?jù)用戶需要配置直線導(dǎo)軌,或者鑲鋼導(dǎo)軌，普通淬火導(dǎo)軌不同配置。

The material of bed is made of high strength HT300 and 45 degree integral casting, and the bed is in process ofsecondary anneal heat treatment, has characteristics of high precision and high stability.Can be equipped linear guideway, set of steel guide way or quenching guide way according to user's requirement.

主軸結(jié)構(gòu)采用高精度主軸專用軸承，并進(jìn)行合理組配和跨距設(shè)計(jì)，使主軸獲得高剛性、高精度的性能;并可根據(jù)需求，方便配置C軸功能，配合動(dòng)力刀架實(shí)現(xiàn)車銑復(fù)合功能。

并可根據(jù)需要配置液壓動(dòng)力卡盤，三爪自定心卡盤。
